When you hear of a storm approaching, the first thing you do is prepare, right? I need to tell you that there is a storm coming. Its not a thunderstorm, tornado or hurricane, but it is spiritual. The storm clouds are looming if you look by the Spirit into the skies. How do you prepare for this approaching storm? First of all, you need to not only believe in Jesus (the devil believes in Jesus too), but you need to accept the fact that He (Jesus) died for you on a cruel cross some 2000+ years ago. The next thing you need to do in preparation of this storm is to store up the Word of God into your heart because some of the symptoms of the storm may take away the privilege of owning our own copy of the Bible, be it King James, NIV, or any other version The other day while riding down the road I was watching the clouds. One cloud in particular was in the shape of a man kneeling and holding his hands over his face crying. In my heart, I felt like it was God crying over His creation that rejects Him, His Son, and His warnings (not to mention His Word). One day God will wipe away the tears from our eyes, but I also believe that His tears will be wiped away as well. In closing, keep your eyes on Jesus, focus on Him and His Word. Listen to His Voice (My sheep know my voice and no other will they follow). The storm is near my friends. Its going to be the storm of the ages but if you make the proper preparations, you will come out on the other side of the storm victorious in Christ! You can shout the victory now!
