When you show too much skills, smarts, common sense around a manager chances are you will end up with a jealous boss. They will find ways to cause havoc or even find ways so you will force to resign,. If you already have a better opportunity lined up for you then I suggest quit because if you stay in a job that wont give you a chance to utilize your skills then you will be STUCK,unhappy, end up getting sick or even file a law suit that can take years for you to win..
