When your babies get sick there are stages you do through. 1. Sadness. You are heartbroken your sweet beautiful angel babies are not feeling well and you will do anything to make them better. 2. Tiredness (yes it is a word). You begin to feel fatigue setting in from the sleepless nights and from being your sweet angels personal servant. 3.Annoyed. Because you have now been home with those children for multiply days and for the love of God you need them go away and to stop asking for fruit snacks. 4. Angry. This is only because you are tired. But you begin to want to cut all mothers who bring their snotty nose kids to school, because damn it, that is how your baby got sick (maybe, who knows, it could have been the grocery store but your tired so you blame it on other moms). 5. Surrender. You know that even if they may still be a bit sick, they NEED to go back to school, for your sanity. So you will send them and now you understand the mother from #4. Decide to invite her for wine/playdate. Pump your kids full of Flintstones beforehand so they dont catch whatever plague her child has.
