When youre seeking to make changes in your life, understand that those around you who you expect to support you may actually support you the least, without even realizing it. There may be jokes, comments or self sabotaging behavior they attempt to seduce you in, because your success would hold a mirror up to their own acceptance of less than the best in their own lives. To truly change, understand your own self is gonna have to be your biggest cheerleader somedays, and that your friends and family may not even realize how they are cheering you on with words but sabotaging you with actions. Breathe, forgive, be aware, and move forward.
