When youre tired, been up with a baby/toddler all night, the house is a mess and you have feel like you cant cope..... ...the last thing for most busy Mums is thinking about exercising and nutrition... You reach for the coffee, what ever food is there, maybe some toast cereal and you get going with the days chores.. ...Stress settles in, so does the emotional eating (biscuits, chocolate) and then the guilt... Its tough work being a Mummy sometimes but there are ways to get your life back on track and feel great again.. Recognises your stresses going on, write the down and start to create better habits to deal with them. Easier said then done, but you can only start!!
