When youve exhausted all of your resources at work, and your inhouse H.R. and Labor person tells you, They understand what youre going through but the person you report to is NOT going to be dealt with nor is the person going to change. Others have been transferred or left for the same reason, hence the heavy turnover. What do you do? Now youre called back into H.R. and told, The person you report to is complaining again and its best that you find other employment. This is the 2nd time that youve been told. 1st time, you were told, It would be best if you look for another position inhouse or outside and let me know when you have it. The person you report to is speaking negatively about you to your co-workers and for this reason, what H.R. staff say to you is not a surprise. This is not a case of incompetence. On the contrary, this person who is about to lose his/her employment is very competent but refuses to be disrespected or intimidated by unprofessional language and attitude.
