When you’re asleep, nobody knows who you are or who you’re not. The world keeps going, newspapers are still published in other parts of the world. The news is still continuing. Everything goes on but you’re gone. And nobody even recognizes you’re gone for that period of time. Then you wake up and all of a sudden, reality hits you and you’re back alive. Everyday we get a practice death. Every single day, we get one practice at death. And the question we should ask ourselves when we’re lying in bed is: Have we performed deeds that will cost us to be dead and enter into Jannah?
