Whenever I am not motivated to workout -yes that happens :D - I just have to take a look at Kates blog WILD & FIT - fitness outdoor lifestyle and get inspired! Besides from running and functional training she is also a Yoga-pro and loves to go on challenging hiking trails. I started running two years ago. Yoga and NTC just came along last year Why do you workout? Because I want to stay fit and healthy. Sports I practice: Running, Yoga, Functional Training, Hiking How often do you work out in a week? 3-4 My current goal: staying fit and healthy Favorite Superfood: Chia Seeds - they contain protein and you can mix them with just anything. Pancakes, salad, porridge, cake,… Favorite Health meal: veggie curry with quinoa! Favorite healthy Snack: whole wheat bread with almond butter and just a hint of berry jam Best Protein Source: chia seeds Favorite Fitness Exercise: I hate them, but actually very good for you - burpees Best Investment: yoga mat Most inspiring/exciting moment in my life regarding sports: my first marathon and the nike womens half marathon in san francisco!
