Whenever I have my daughters over visiting for a whole weekend, its our time to get R n R together time. We do whats called Mothers Spaaa. Since usually my gals have a quick shower given by their caretakers (they are disabled) where they live, Mothers Spaaa is a real treat for all 3 of us. We use aromatherapy, Epsom salts, candles, quietness, massage, and we move along at a slow relaxed pace...no worries no hurries. Our mantra during the spa is Heaven...Im in heaven... Reminding all of you: Slow down your pace, get R n R, and treat yourselves to something that can be called Mothers Spa. Love~Connie
