Whenever I spend time alone outside, in a quiet area, away from the urban bustle, I always speak to the trees, the flowers, the bushes, the ocean, the sun, the moon, the insects and birds....I am always, always, broken open into the realness and depth of my existence. I feel so blessed surrounded by these beloved creations that are here to serve and help me remember.
