Where do I begin? I was evicted by Bitou Law Enforcement on Friday 24 October,from the municipal buildings in Seawitch Avenue. The DA, Memory Booysen and Allen Paulse, illegally declared a vacancy at the Municipality for the second time. They went ahead and made it public to everyone that I am fired. I am currently going through a disciplinary process at COPE, most probably funded by the DA, to expel me from the party and council. This will be the second time that Memory Booysen and the DA wants me out. They went as far as terminating my staff with immediate effect. All unlawful, and that makes me wonder what type of municipal officials we employ. With the expert help of my learned friend, Hardy Mills, we managed to stop the DA the first time around when thy wanted to get rid off me. The MM, Allen Paulse and the Mayor, Memory Booysen made sure that they took away the salaries of me and my staff. Yes, we are not getting paid. Im disappointed that the DA think they can decide for COPE to make its decision. The IEC cannot put anyone in my place at the municipality for there is no vacancy. Yes, there is no vacancy. I read in posts on Facebook that its confirmed Im unemployed. The mayors PA, Thandi, bragged on her wall and the Speaker, Annelise was so bold to comment Im out. Mnera, former PA of the mayor claimed he is happy Im out for I disgraced the DA. Good for you. Now read carefully. Lets wait for the DC to be finalized before you celebrate. Im not unemployed. The MM and the mayor unlawfully declaRed a vacancy and unlwafully evicted me and my staff from municipal offices. They unlawfully withheld our monthly salaries, again. Who is fooling who here? I am still Plettenberg Bays Deputy Executive Mayor! Whether you like it or not.
