Where do I start...I guess the beginning is the best place... Friday, October 23, 1970 9:37 am Los Angeles, California I was born to Kathlyn Roberts & Anthony Jordan 5 lbs, 4 oz Every day since then has been nothing but a blessing from The Most High. If I continue to be blessed, I figure I have lived half of my life. If we go by Black male statistics...I have come close to living 2/3rds of my life. Either way...I have no time to waste and I know how valuable life is. I could look back at these 44 years and and look at missteps, mistakes, and missed opportunities. But that is short sighted. If I look at my journey on this physical plane thus far...I can say I have ALWAYS had what I needed to be whole in this life...loving parents, God-given talent, love and support from family, friends and even strangers, and the opportunity to do it better each passing day. So all I want to do today is reflect, relax and celebrate. No more music-related postings today. I will get back to that tomorrow...hard core lol. But at this moment I want to celebrate and acknowledge who I was, who I am (because I am the best version of me right NOW), and who I will be. Thank you to all of you who have shown me love on FB. I will try to at least like each post but it is already becoming a challenge to keep up.
