Where is Our Capital MLA Techi Kasso development Work?? What he did during his 5 years tenure?? We have watched his performances since for last 5 years, he did nothing, but much silence in every corner of development Works. Now we came to realized that it was nothing but lack of his educational qualification. Now I ask question, what is the qualification of Mr Techi Kasso?? As per my view, The Capital MLA should be a highly qualified person, i mean ateast Class X (ten) Passed, So that the people could easily understand or communicate in any manner of dialogue or a languages. The people of state capital are very uneasy or allergy to discuss with him in all fronts due to his lack of knowledge. Even he doesn’t understand the educated peoples approach language. “Now the right time is coming to choose right leader”. Lastly my open appeal to the people state capital 13th Itanagar Constituency to elect such person who is highly qualified in educational ground and have capable to bring development in Itanagar. “Thank you”
