Wherefore: the defendant Stuart Greenburg ESQ worked in concert with other unnamed officials to deprive me of my right to appeal by creating a default judgment. Directly interfered with my right to parent, and directly violated my fundamental civil liberties as stated in the facts above. This letter from Mr. Greenberg was nothing more than a feeble attempt to inflict great emotional pain and mental anguish in retaliation for my submission to the appellate division to reinstate my appeal based on ineffectual counsel. Please see exhibit (KK), which the appellate division did affirm. (Appellate Division docket number M125108v/-05521. Every piece of evidence or a preponderance there of that is being used by OC, DSSCW S. Dempsey and the OCFC presently to account for their malicious actions for putting my children in eminent risk of harm was created or manufactured by the family court system provided by A. Lopresti and OC through DSSCW S. Dempsey, as explained above and allowed by my court appointed attorney Stuart Greenburg. OC through DSS, whos whole case was based on the mothers accusations of physical domestic violence, drug use and sales made during the custody trial was being used in every hearing and trial and My Court appointed attorney knew all these facts, purposely just sat there and said nothing to defend me.
