Wherever his followers still seek to know him and follow him, there is still pulsating evidence that Jesus is alive. There is no better thing for the heart of this believer than to see the Lord at work, still today, in your lives. Knowing I wont have the time or inclination to list everyone Im referring to, let me name a few: Eric and Julia Pickerill in Amsterdam, Vito Baldini and Michael Harder on the Main Line, Joshua and Kara Jade Goeke in Fishtown, along with their right hands Matthew and Lindsay Idler, Ted and Jamie Lee Dellesky overseas, Silvia and Jeff Tindall facing trials with overcoming faith, Tim and Cathy Delehanty taking a huge step of faith in Ridley. There are so many other: like the 6am party throwers who got our Sunday off to a great start, and our biggest choir ever, and the dozens of people who pulled together to add an extra worship service so more people could celebrate. Thank you all! Your work bears witness!! And to the hundreds of you I didnt name in this post, now you know how the (male) disciples felt when they read Marks telling of the resurrection story!
