Whew! I stopped at To Bee or Not to Bee on my way out of Denver, ostensibly to buy a queen excluder, but REALLY to get some feedback on my hive. HUGE sigh of relief! MY bees are exactly where they should be at this point in the year. Beckie Large-Swopes bees are MASSIVE overachievers and made me worry needlessly. Ill be moving some honey frames to the bottom deep, and Ill continue to provide sugar water and pollen, but, otherwise, Im to chill out and let my girls do their thing on THEIR schedule. I can do that. Really, short of laying eggs and producing honey, myself, I kind of have to.
