Whew! Major crisis averted. Pattie Runyon Goldenberg is still out of town so my Mr. Mom duties include making pancakes for breakfast (or the 20-year old sons version of breakfast which is 1230pm). No problem; I mosey over to the pantry and after 10 short minutes of searching for the pancake mix and 12 quick minutes searching for the griddle (no i will NOT text to ask where anything is), I go to the make the pancakes and Aunt Jemima has the nerve to tell me i need to add milk, AND eggs, AND oil to the mix. What nonsense is that?! I might as well make from scratch, right? Alls fine, though. Found another box that says Complete on the front and that one only needed water added. So alls ok. It was touch and go there for a while, but alls ok, now.
