Whew... The difference a couple of days of rest can make... I continue to be in awe of how unbelievably enjoyable each & every event during Bronzeville Week was along w/ the great feeling of family & community that permeated through each day. Before too much time passes I would like to thank a few people for helping to make Bronzeville Week 2014 a success... As one can imagine an 8 day long event takes a lot of coordination & collaboration , I thank my staff AD, Jaquita & DCD staff Deshea & Rhonda, as well as DPW staff for all of the tremendous work they put in, S/O to the Friends of Bronzeville (Bernie, Jayme, Izmira, Genyne, LaShawndra, Priscilla, & Jasmine) for your support, efforts, & creative energy.
