Whew entrepreneurs, man we know in order to grow our businesses we have to work tirelessly, not only at the start, but always. But when we love what we do, it really doesnt seem like work. But a workaholic attitude is only beneficial when it is controlled. Without a break, excess can be dangerous, for your health and your business. Its not always sunshine and rainbows. I like to take a mid day walk to get myself reenergized and refocused for the afternoon. What I do is visit the nearby small business shops and local library and talk about their life, their business and any random topic that comes up. Lol. This not only allows me to relax my brain, but lets me take a step back and enjoy the small moments...see life in a different light.
