Which Refinery Buhari built in Nigeria ??? D first refinery at Alesa-Eleme near Portharcourt was built in 1965. D second refinery at Warri was built in 1978. D third refinery Kaduna was built in 1980. D fourth refinery at Portharcourt was built in 1989. Note that d two refineries at Portharcourt were merged together in 1993. I decided to upload dis bcos I was in a gathering yesterday when some APC mbrs were deceiving unsuspecting Nigerians wit false campaign that Buhari built refineries in Nigeria while he was head of State. So frm d dates of d building of d refineries that I have uploaded, can someone tell me which one of d refineries Buhari built ?????....APC is only using propaganda to sell bad market for desperate Nigerians... I know GEJ constructed Ore/Benin Road up to Imo state. I also know that GEJ constructed Lagos/Ibadan Road..what did Buhari construct or build while he was head of state apart frm imprisoning Yoruba political leaders ??? Buhari is not an industrious or enterprising person compare to GEJ. I am bold to say dis bcos I have facts and figures about d abilities of d two personalities...
