Which roads was he talking about? Was he talking about the roads in Ho? And is it the people of Bongo who will not appreciate it? Lets take the whole comment and not isolate parts of it. It is unfortunate coming from the President and we should condemn it. If President Kufuor had said this in the Volta Region, how would we have understood it? If you choose to understand it your own way, by inserting NDC and NPP and assigning antecedents to pronouns in the presidents statements, keep it that way. But those who understand the statement based on the face-of-the-pink-sheet value should not be faulted.
