While I cant agree that Sir Paul McC is really rapping in this (and Ive been schooled in rap by Kira Ferguson and Owais BlackBeard XerXes II, the pledge for Meat free Mondays (a day without eating dead animals, not eating free dead animals) is a really good idea. The impact of the meat industry on our environment is astronomic, aside from the fact that its inhumane and unhealthy. Go without eating a dead animal (cow, chicken or fish) on Monday, and then eat LESS the rest of the week. Do that, and your heart will love you, your cholesterol levels might go down and you might not develop antibiotic resistance as quickly as others.
