While I dont agree with Governor McCrory on many things, Id like to give credit where credit is due and thank him for his very civil and respectful response after the marriage ruling: Now that the disagreement has been resolved in the courts, its our job to live together and work together and play together and respect each other together. And Ill, hopefully, be a part of that constructive dialog. You know, there are some court rulings that I agree with and there are some court rulings I disagree with. But after they make the ruling, it is my duty to enforce the law. And I will do just that. I will execute the law in a professional and respectful way. Whether I disagree with it or not, thats the way democracy works.
