While eating low carb do you find yourself craving potatoes? My sister made this up today and I even fooled her husband with them! Mashed Radishes (Mock Potatoes) Wash & Peel your radishes Cut in half and put in pan of water. Boil as you do potatoes When done, drain and mash. Add butter,salt & pepper to your liking. Radishes are only 3 carbs per serving & potatoes are 37 carbs. This was delicious!
