While in Nashville visiting my brother last week, I got to make - TopicsExpress

While in Nashville visiting my brother last week, I got to make the first recording of me singing!!! I had been wanting to do a remake of Here He Comes by Brian Eno because I have loved that song forever. So we went into my brothers studio and built it up from scratch. It still needs some more bass and guitar parts, but we only had 2 days to work on it and couldnt get it finished before we had to leave. But I think it sounds great the way it is and Im happy even if it never gets those final touches. The sound of my voice really surprised me since it was the first time I ever tried belting it out, but it was fun laying down all the harmonies even though it sometimes sounded like I was gargling with a pack of rabid hyenas. But every voice you hear is mine, for better or worse. I also turned it into a little video of my cat, Moo-chan, who passed away last month... Enjoy, if you dare! HERE HE COMES Music and words by Brian Eno Performed by: John Brophy - vocals, guitar, bass, keyboard fills, Putney noodlings Nick Brophy - lead guitar, lead bass, lead keyboards, drums Louise Walsh Brophy - bass Sanchez - moral support Produced, arranged, engineered, and mixed by Nick Brophy. youtu.be/Cn-MDcTIr6A
