While it is a great tragedy for any parent to see their child die just weeks after it was born, it doesn’t even get close to the tragedy of the 1,000 children who die unnecessarily each year as result of being vaccinated against whooping cough. It is difficult to understand how any doctor, health official, or drug company CEO can stand up with a clear conscience and announce that it is perfectly okay to let 1,000 children die in order to save 10 other children. Or are they just ignorant about the truly important published research and instead blindly trust in myths and pseudoscience? Or are they just greedy and don’t care?
