While it is all fine and good that when a person needs prayer to say, Ill pray for you but maybe what they need other than and along side of prayer is a helping hand? A meal, a ride to the Doctors office, someone to rake their leaves, mow their lawns,walk the dog, even take them to the store or go grocery shopping for them once in awhile? And do we all really pray when we say were going to? Or does that blessing fall between the cracks of the day? God is watching and listening to us every minute of every day. What is He seeing? What is He hearing? It takes our time and effort at times to step out and beyond just praying for someone. It takes a true heart and a life in Christ Jesus. I have had strangers treat me and do more for me than my own family members, sad to say. If any of you are praying for someone, maybe step out a bit further this week and go do something they can actually see and touch that is Christ like. It will not only bless them, but you as well Im sure. God bless
