While others may may view planet Mercury Retrograde as a period of disaster(im exaggerating), I see it as a time and opportunity of power. The backward movement of a planet is an illusion, hence theres a trickster element. Mercury is an astrological symbol of the mind, travel and communication...and if it turns retrograde could mean tendencies of mental confusion, and the ability to focus and express ones self is weakened...therefore causing problems in communication and setbacks/delays in travel, plans, and business. But if we look at it in a bigger perspective, we can counter the effects and INSTEAD of becoming VICTIMS, we can take advantage of this times power of confusion and trickery. The ability to convince is at its height during this period. While you have the advantage of control, let us also be careful not to manipulate the will of others and remember to act with responsibility :) It is now Mercury Retrograde until Oct 25th... so either do the TRICK or BE TRICKED!!! :) PS: If you think this post make sense, or if you adhere to astrology and for some reasons you are now experiencing the effects of Mercury Retrograde, you can use crystals to protect you from malefic influences of the planet.
