While our troops continue to pray before going back into their combat jobs in the war zones we ask you to pray and then take the following actions: a. write to your congressional representatives and the President; b. join or renew your membership at ausa.org part of your membership fee comes back to this chapter to help us support our military members, our veterans , and their families all year; and c. actually make the time to volunteer your talents and skills to help our military members and their families get jobs, help us run our Christmas toy drive; donate some of the gently used clean clothing you no longer wear to our clothing drive on October 14th at the ONE DeKalb Neighborhood Resource Center at North Lake Mall from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm . . . we are working all year . . . we especially need your membership as we head to DC in the next few days . . .strength in voices
