While picking up salon supplies at Sallys today... Gloves, foil, disinfectant, etc... I was somewhat shocked at all the phone calls and client questions from frantic customers their staff was answering to... One womans hair was breaking from over processing bleach, one womans hair wasnt lightening past the orange stage, one womans hair was just a complete disaster and will probably need to be shaved off, and then there was the mom doing more harm then good to her teenage daughters hair..... Bottom line.... If you dont know what the hell youre doing, dont... Theres a reason we spend 1,000 hours in cos school not to mention additional training and shadowing fellow stylists... These are chemicals. Using them inappropriately is a recipe for disaster. On a side note. If you need color correction from your own box color disaster, call me or let me refer you to someone. ;)
