While shopping, an elderly lady approached us to look at Cas (chick magnet). During our conversation she told me that she was 90 and had just passed her driving test. With her upright posture, styled hair, lippy and pretty dress, she was vibrant and didnt look much over 70. I asked her what her secret was. She told me she rarely ate meat - only a little fish now and then and that she lived on fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds. I told her she was beautiful, because she really was. The elderly have so much to wisdom offer and share.
