While sitting quietly early this morning drinking a very good cup of coffee I started thinking on a verse: Luke 21:19 (19) In your patience possess ye your souls. The more I thought, how profound a verse that really is not spoken about much. How seven words can have such meaning and drastically affect our souls. How sometimes I fail the Patience test, Patience (or forbearing) is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without acting on annoyance/anger in a negative way; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can take before negativity. It is also used to refer to the character trait of being steadfast. Here lies another one that I must remember, Eph4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Just a thought. I could go on but didnt want to make this a book :) If the sun is shining outside and God says Bring an umbrella remember to be Patient
