While this law is severe in this land that there is no extra-marital relationship, we have to serve our Lord in Heaven and beyond, who has vouchsafed us paradise if we follow His Quranic injunctions. The following is my comment to the article posted below. Omar I agree French blood is incompatible with ours if they have that attitude we are inferior in our body type. If we say the kalima it usually means we are hypocrites but then so are they when they take their marriage vows elsewhere after they meet and breed before the marriage rites. What I mean is that we must all be subservient to the law we are all sinners and what has sin got to do with our blood type? The marriage rite is sanctified in Islam. If they breed before the law has taken place, their progeny suffers the consequences of spiritual death in utero as it is fed by a heretic who did not believe in her Creator when the law was she can only breed after the marriage vow. If she marries before the vow, that is she has marital relationships, then it is considered as contempt in His court of his law. That marriage is broken even before it occurs. They live together but they are never married as per our law of marriage where peace and tranquility prevail until the day they are raised or they perish. In the divorce law of the land there are two laws that are incorrect. That the mother keeps half the husbands wealth and the other is that she makes the decisions for the family. If we subserve the law here it is because we have no choice or else relent to the law on our door, as what occurred to me several years ago when I challenged their law in court and was reprimanded severely. I have the choice to relent in this matter of being a primary residential parent however with my character I will in all likelihood fight it out in court once. If we serve Islam, it is incumbent on us to follow His Quranic injunctions or else we will be unbelievers in Him until we do. Omar
