While tons of people march in France for the unfortunate recent violent events, where are the people marching for the tragedy in Nigeria? or the tons of people dying crossing borders all over the world? or the children, males and females victims of human trafficking? or the people dying due to extreme military and political measures? or the people dying of starvation and famine in Africa and Asia? I can really go forever. Some people justify killings because they are enforced by their nationalistic, political or religious values; but when the pancake is flipped they are the first to condemn the precise thing they are either supporting or turning their blind eye to. No violence is ever justifiable, but it very well can be explained and sometimes also prevented. For instance, some people justify the deaths at the US-Mexican border because of their strong nationalistic values and their faith in the rule of law. So is nationalistic fervor above or below a religious one? The attack to the magazine is a direct result of a provoked taunt to Islam, the radical factors will respond. The illegal crossing of a border is a provoked taunt to the nationalistic spirit of a country, the radical factors will respond. When is it ok to respond? Only when it benefits you? GTFOH
