While waiting in a parking lot today, I saw a group of kids (like....18-22 years old or so) put a puppy in the bed of a truck, with water and made shade with a towel, but with the leash attached to the truck. About 5 minutes after they left, the puppy bailed out, and was hanging by his neck over the side of the truck. I obviously unleashed the pup and found the people (who were devastated) but PLEASE leave animals home when youre going to shopping. The vehicles are too hot, and no matter, what its dangerous for them in the bed of the truck.
