While walking in the park Tori Chalmers saw this poor baby...scared, starved and severally neglected in the bushes. She took the time to stop, care and coax this baby to her. Tori is the angel that walked into this poor babys life. I praise her on soooo many levels!! He is obviously a pittie (she showed no fear), she stopped her world to coax him to her (it took 20 minutes for him to trust), she has been caring for him and giving him a love he has probably never experienced before, and yet she is a stranger to him....Tori needs our help to find him a foster or furever home.
