While watching a movie with the girls tonight, Andrea and I got upset with Abby because she was shaking her leg so much that the whole floor was shaking. Dad! I promise! I wasnt doing anything!, she said. Of course we didnt believe her because shes ALWAYS doing that. It was then that we got our first text, asking if we felt the earthquake. Apparently, near the border of Ukraine and Romania (near Izmail) there was a 5.5 earthquake. Our friends in Izmail told us that for about 40 seconds cabinets were shaken open, things were falling out, and everything was swaying. Needless to say, Abby got a heartfelt apology from us. :-)
