While we are talking about snow..... there is that one block going towards E. 5th street kind of across from Nelson Dewey School where there are always cars parked on the road. Doesnt make a difference if it is summer or winter the cars are always 1/2 way into the street but now it is worse.. Some of them never move... would be nice if the city would either widen the street or make the apartment owners provide off street parking. It is really a pain, you know where.
