While working on my personal ITL CORE2 Active Strategy Blueprint 2014: If you set your mind to it, anything is possible. If you DON’T set your mind to it, anything is STILL possible. It has nothing to do with setting your mind to it, actually. Besides, what good is it to set your mind to anything since you’d be dropping the ball in a few weeks anyway? Unless you happen to be amongst the 8% who doesn’t, that is. Funny isn’t it, how even the most seasoned of entrepreneurs would be so bursting with gusto at this time of the year that milk would be spurting from their noses, only to be shrunk-wrapped once again as reality hits. You see, no strategy has EVER survived contact with day-to-day reality without religious execution of its bits. Especially so when most of it are non-existent and vital components get packaged in the wrong order. In fact, most fail to realize that having a strategy [IF AT ALL] is merely making some easy BIG decisions. What truly make strategies strategies are the assemblies of SMALL decisions that lines the path. And did I mention the natural human behaviors, biases, emotions, fallacies, illusions and bla bla blas that would influence EVERY move? Now that would be pretty interesting to watch, wouldn’t it? Worse, institutional brainwashing! Beware those that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. Chances are it’s just all warm and fuzzy. And pseudo-glitzy while at it. Anyway, a strategy, no matter how well-designed, doesn’t implement itself. Good luck guys.
