Whilst I appreciate the good that solar panels do I hate the look of them, they normally just get slapped on with no consideration for ethical look of the house. I may be the only person that is bothered by this but I love this glass sphere and I have seen this concept work when I left a glass paper weight on a back window sill which doesnt get masses of light. The window is made of Australian Western Red Cedar which is a very soft wood and our fire alarm kept going off- the concentration of light through the globe really burnt into the timber. I love the look of this and wish it success!
