Whilst I realize that massage is contraindicated for shingles, I read on one site that gentle passive stretches would be possible. Consequently, Im wondering if I could perform Thai massage on my sister-in-law who wants a massage for her pain. This involves the client being fully clothed and doing a series of assisted stretches (also known as assisted yoga). Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you in advance.
