Whilst about to leave the river where I was doing photography the Jeep parked next to me backed up into the truck on the other side of it and left a huge scratch/dent. The guys driving the jeep laughed and then noticed the girl who I was taking photos for and myself watching them and pulling out our phones to capture their license plate number. They tried to pull out where we wouldnt be able to see their license plate number but luckily for us they didnt have enough room, so after 10 minutes debating on what they should do they came to the conclusion that they would be able to outsmart us if they wrote a note with a fake number and left it on the truck, then they backed out where a nice stranger flagged the gentlemen in the Jeep down to inform them that they had a beer can still on top of their truck. He was not the owner of the truck but he did tell us that the guys driving the jeep were acting odd and suspicious. I still got a photo of their license, and we called the cops. When the actual owner of the pickup showed up we were there to calm down his fury and inform him that we suspected the note left by the guys had a false number and we had a photo of their license as well as had called the police. The guy was very thankful and said Its nice to know there are still good people in this world. Points to me and my awesome client for being total bad asses and helping good triumph over stupid drunk evil.
