Whilst my interpretation of these stats was different to Brendan Wongs, I still believe that Print + Online are definitely still a winning combo for HomeSellers in todays NEW MEDIA world that we currently live in... gregvincent.tv/2014/03/12/one-big-tip-does-print-media-work/ Ive seen far too many properties Undersold in the market lately... a very good indicator of a property that has been Undersold is... SOLD in 1 day. Great success story for the agent but normally not so for the owner who usually has their greatest asset on the line! Not sure how Brendan Wong quantifies that Sydney Homesellers can expect to add more than $120,000 to the sale price of their property by using print advertising during their Open House campaign but it certainly makes for a very interesting discussion around the value of a combined advertising strategy based on Print Media + Online vs purely Online approach.
