White chocolate and raspberry muffins done! Bitter Mandarin cake with cardamom done! Now to do slow braised parpadelle sauce (a la Jamie Oliver) and chicken and corn soup for dinner. Doughnuts rising in oven... sigh. Why do I get halfway through these monumental tasks and then hit the wall? Maybe I need a muffin or 10! Oh yes, and still have to sort sausage mince - have kind of clogged up the mincer. Time to rethink my pork and fennel sausages!
