White girl enchiladas growing up this is what I considered enchiladas Brown your hamburger and season with garlic salt pepper chili powder cumin then add in some chopped peppers and onions and let that cook. Then add in some refried beans cilantro and a little more seasoning if needed I also sprinkled in a little cheese. Then it mix together 1 can of enchilada sauce and a small tomato sauce and heat it up then add a little into your baking dish and reserve the rest. Take your meat and beans filling and wrap it in a flour tortilla and place in the dish then repeat. when your dish is full cover with enchilada sauce and sprinkle cheese on top cover with aluminum foil and bake until the cheese is melted then remove the foil and let the cheese get a little crispy.
