Who NOT to use.... We berry picked at hatchers all day and every year on the way home we stop for ice cream at the gas station just outside of Hatchers Pass on Palmer Fishhook. My mom ordered her usual ice cream order with a different flavor. The girl handed my mom a tiny cone (usually its a big waffle cone) with a HUGE pile of ice cream on it. As soon as she handed it to my my mom the huge mound of ice cream tipped over into her hand. My mom said oh no! and the girl set a cup in front of her and said yeah maybe you should have asked for a cup! so I said well usually the ice cream comes in these bigger waffle cones when we order a Large. Can you just re do it in a waffle cone? She snarled and made it in a waffle cone. Then she made another key lime ice cream in a waffle cone and handed it over. We didnt order another key lime ice cream. So I said oh no we didnt want another key lime And she snapped! Yes you did! HE (my husband) told me key lime! So we very calmly said no Im sorry he wanted malted milk Idk why you heard key lime. She then Threw the cone down and yelled F**k! In front of my children. The other employees all saw what happened and apologized a bunch..they told us that she has cussed out other customers too. WHY is this woman working at a ICE CREAM STAND!? Anybody else have this experience there?
