Who and all consider as Culprit for building Collapsed, No One, No one find as culprit finally: ************************************************************************************************* Small Analysis No one will caught in this incident, . . 1. because soil test is correct because of that only nearest building still standing after a huge collapse of building near to that building, so CMDA approved also passed . . 2. Now Soil test, CMDA Approved persons are escape,. . 3. Next we come to the Architecture of that building , Engineers who executed, Architecture will say based on the Soil test only, he make a architect that like , . 4. then Engineers will say based on Architect design building is Constructed, Finally owner will say he is not responsible because he only knows how to give money, not engineering and all, so this responsiblites revert back to engineers, . . 5. so finally culprit is partially consider as Engineers who builded . . . may be a chance if all are accepted that engineer is builded the building based on architect then it is consider as unexpected behavior of natural disaster
