Who are the NBA players kidding? What do they mean they are not going to play for this owner? Which of them found this so offensive that theyre willing to give up their million dollar contracts? They are personally embarrassed, not offended as descendants of slaves. Give me a break. Why didnt NBA players get this message when they told them how to dress? There is no way they could just now be discovering that a lot of white folk, in and out of the NBA, share the same sentiments regarding us blacks. They have freely chosen to play the game of the NBA knowing where they stood all along. The players are only kidding themselves. You and I should know that until the damage from centuries of brutal, dehumanizing slavery in America is repaired, little is changed regarding our plight as a people.
