Applications are invited from the students belonging to the minority communities pursuing • Class XI / XII (PUC) * Vocational Courses in I.T.I/I.T.C. • JOC *Polytechnic Diploma • Paramedical Diploma *D.Ed • D.Pharma *GNM • Graduation - B.A, B.Com,B.Sc, B.B.M, B.C.A, BSW, B.Ed, B.P.Ed, B.LibSc, BTA, etc., • Post Graduation - M.A., M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, M.Ed, M.PEd, MTA, PG Diploma, etc., • M.Phil *Ph.D ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP The Student should have scored more than 50% marks in the previous semester / year final examination and should have no back logs till date. 1. Annual Income of the student’s Parents/Guardians from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2 lakh. 2. The Students who have been sanctioned Post-Matric Scholarship FRESH / Renewal in 2012-13 are eligible for Renewal in 2013-14 if they have scored above 50% in previous semester / year final examination and studying in the same course. IMPORTANT POINTS FOR STUDENTS BEFORE FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION ENTER CORRECT DETAILS : Kindly don’t hurry while filling the ONLINE APPLICATION. Enter all details Correctly. QUALIFYING EXAM Marks : (a). If you are studying in 1st Semester of a Course, then the previous course final sem/year marks must be indicated & Photocopy of the Marks Card / ONLINE Result must be attached. (b). If you are studying in 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th or 6th Semester, you have to enter the marks secured in 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th Semester & photocopy of the Marks Card/ONLINE result must be attached. If the Previous Final Sem/Year Marks Card Photocopy or ONLINE Result Copy is not attached and if any discrepancy is found in the Previous sem/year Marks filled ONLINE & the Photocopy of the Previous sem/year Marks Card attached, such applications will be REJECTED. 1. BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS : All Applicants FRESH & RENEWAL for Post Matric Scholarship 2013-14 must fill the details of the BANK ACCOUNT in the ONLINE Form. Hence before filling the ONLINE APPLICATION, students must keep the following details ready in hand – FULL BANK ACCOUNT NO. ( 12/14/16 digit), BANK NAME, BANK BRANCH ADDRESS & BANK BRANCH IFSC CODE to complete filling the form. 2. INCOME PROOF DOCUMENT : Make sure that you have the Income Proof Document in your hand before entering the details ONLINE. If any discrepancy found in the Annul Income entered ONLINE and the Income Proof Document attached, such applications will be rejected. 3. COLLEGE FEE RECEIPT : All applications must enter the FEE Receipt No., Date of Admission and Fee Receipt date. Hence keep the FEE Receipt in hand before filling the ONLINE Form. 1.
