Who can I call to file a complaint against the people who pick up the trash? I didnt realize today was trash day (with the holiday being yesterday completely forgot) and my neighbor texted me to tell me to put it out so they could grab it on their way back down the street. The garbage men were at my neighbors grabbing their last minute trash barrel when my husband wheeled our garbage out. They took my neighbors & my husband politely told the guys oh good thing you guys come down twice, just making small talk.. And the garbage man said to him yeah me too, and proceeded to drive by him. Refused to pick up our trash.. I understand the trash wasnt out in time, but being rude wasnt called for. We never put our trash out last minute like that, and it would have taken them an extra 2 seconds to take our one barrel.
